
SALES POLICY

This Sales Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases of products and services (“Products”) from Noblewards through our website (www.noblewards.com). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase Products from Noblewards. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspicion of fraud. We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending an order confirmation email to the email address you provided. The contract between us is formed when we send you this confirmation.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display our Products accurately, including their colors and descriptions. However, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. We also rely on the manufacturers to provide us with the information on the products, we are not held accountable for any misleading or false information.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which will be added to your order total.
We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and shipping charges).
If your payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We will ship the Products to the shipping address you provide during the ordering process. We make every effort to ship orders promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select.
We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with your order. If you do not accept to pay shipping we will be forced to cancle your order.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the Product for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

The Product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

The Product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective or damaged.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Contact@noblewards.com to obtain a return authorization and instructions. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
6. Warranty
Noblewards warrants that our Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
If a Product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the Product. To make a warranty claim, please contact us at Contact@noblewards.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOBLEWARDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF NOBLEWARDS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOBLEWARDS’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS POLICY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
8. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9. Changes to Policy
Noblewards reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes to this Policy by posting the updated Policy on our website. Your continued purchase of Products after the posting of revised Policy means that you accept and agree to the changes.
